This linear chandelier draws on French lighting of the 1940s, pairing slim tapered shades with sturdy X-shaped bases in solid brass. The weight of the metal below and the lightness of the cotton-linen above give the fixture a quiet, considered balance that suits a long dining table especially well.
Twelve small shades run the length of the frame, casting a soft, even glow. Segmented extension rods let you set the drop precisely, and the fixture can be hung from a vaulted ceiling.
