Project & Package Pricing

Furnishing a whole home, hotel or large project? We quote the full scope as one package: one proposal, one delivery, one warranty. Talk to us for package pricing.

One maker for the whole home. When we build the full scope under one roof, you buy at package terms, not piece by piece.

How package pricing works

The prices on our site are list prices for single pieces. A project is different. When you furnish several rooms or a whole property with us, we quote the entire scope as one package: production is scheduled together in our own factories, freight is consolidated into one shipment, and installation is planned as a single visit. Those savings are real, and we pass them into the package price.

The larger the scope, the better the numbers get. A full-home package usually lands well below what the same pieces would cost bought one at a time.

What counts as a project

A whole home or apartment, or several rooms at once
Hotels, restaurants, lobbies and other hospitality spaces
Show units and model apartments for developers
Any order of ten or more pieces

What a package includes

One proposal. A single quote for the full scope, with per-piece detail so you can adjust the mix before anything goes into production.
One point of contact. A dedicated project manager from first sketch to installation.
One delivery. Consolidated freight and white-glove installation, planned around your schedule or handover date.
One warranty. Our standard warranty covers every piece in the package.

Trade professionals

Interior designers, architects and procurement teams receive a 10% trade discount off list prices on top of project terms. Learn about the trade program or apply for a trade account.

How to start

Send us your floor plan, a room list, or even photos of the space. We respond within 24 hours with next steps and a budget range, and a full proposal follows after a short consultation.

Every piece is made to order in the material, size and finish you choose, so a package never means settling for what is on the shelf. It means the whole space, done once, done right.
