Every Marcelina piece is made to order for you, so we do not accept returns. If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we repair or remake it at no cost.

Our Policy

Made-to-Order Furniture

No ReturnsEvery piece is built to your specifications and cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Change of Mind or FitWe cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or fit within your space. Before production we confirm dimensions, materials and finishes with you, and send samples where possible.

Cancel Within 48 Hours

Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and paying your deposit.

Before Production Starts

If materials have not been cut, we cancel the order and refund your deposit in full.

After 48 Hours

Once the 48-hour window has passed or production has started, deposits are non-refundable, because they cover materials sourced for your piece.

If Something Is Wrong

Damage and Defects

Report Within 48 HoursInspect your piece on delivery. If it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email admin@marcelinafurniture.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Repair or RemakeWe repair or remake the affected piece at no cost to you.
Payments

Deposits and Balance

DepositProduction begins once we receive a 50% deposit, which reserves your place in our production schedule.
BalanceThe remaining balance is due before delivery.
