Placing an OrderBy placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order by email and process payment.
PricingAll prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors or typographical mistakes on the site.
Order CancellationWe reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order — including orders from the same customer, household, or payment method — that appear to be placed by resellers or for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
Custom OrdersCustom and made-to-order pieces require a confirmed deposit before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced. All specifications are confirmed with the client before we proceed.
Returns & RefundsReturns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: Product images and descriptions on our site are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary from screen to screen. Natural materials such as wood, fabric, and leather exhibit inherent variation in grain, texture, and tone — these are not defects. See our Warranty Policy for full details on natural variation.

Product AvailabilityWe reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at any time and without notice.
Colour & TextureWe make every effort to display product colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen will render them correctly. Natural material variation is expected and not a defect.
WarrantyProduct warranty terms are set out in our Warranty Policy. Coverage varies by product category and applies to the original purchaser only.
DeliveryDelivery terms, fees, timeframes, and zones are set out in our Delivery Policy.
