Marcelina is a bespoke design atelier headquartered in Panama City. We create custom furniture for private residences, luxury hotels, commercial spaces, and architectural projects across 50+ countries. Every piece begins as a conversation and ends as something made for no one else.
We don't manufacture furniture — we commission it. Each project goes through a structured 120-day process: from discovery and design through material selection, handcrafted production, and white-glove delivery. The result is furniture that doesn't just fill a space. It defines it.

¿Puedo realizar cambios en el diseño una vez iniciado el proyecto?
Permitimos ajustes de diseño durante la fase de consulta inicial. Sin embargo, una vez firmada la Aprobación Final del Diseño y pagado el depósito, cualquier cambio posterior en dimensiones, materiales o características podría generar un cargo por cambio de orden, además del costo de cualquier material adicional ya adquirido.
¿Cómo se determina el precio de una pieza personalizada?
Cada proyecto es único, por lo que el precio se calcula en función de tres factores principales: la selección del material (la especie de madera y los herrajes), la complejidad del diseño y las horas de mano de obra. Proporcionamos un presupuesto detallado tras nuestra consulta inicial de diseño. Si bien los muebles a medida son una inversión, ofrecen una durabilidad y personalización que los muebles de producción en masa no pueden igualar.
¿Cuáles son sus condiciones de pago y requisitos de depósito?
Requerimos un depósito no reembolsable del 40% para asegurar su lugar en nuestro programa de producción y comenzar a buscar materiales. El segundo depósito del 30% deberá abonarse una vez finalizada la fabricación de los artículos y durante el proceso de inspección de calidad. El saldo restante deberá abonarse una vez que los artículos hayan llegado a su país de residencia y se entreguen en su domicilio.
¿Qué pasa si la madera tiene nudos, variaciones en las vetas o ligeros cambios de color?
La madera es un material natural y vivo. Las variaciones en el veteado, los nudos y el color son características inherentes a la madera y no se consideran defectos. Si bien seleccionamos a mano cada tabla por su calidad, no podemos garantizar una coincidencia perfecta con una muestra o una foto. Estas imperfecciones son las que hacen que su pieza personalizada sea única.
¿Cuál es su política de devoluciones o cancelaciones?
Dado que cada pieza se fabrica a medida según sus dimensiones y preferencias estéticas, no aceptamos devoluciones ni ofrecemos reembolsos una vez iniciada la construcción. Si necesita cancelar su pedido antes del inicio de la producción, su depósito podría ser reembolsado parcialmente, menos una tarifa de diseño y administrativa.
