From initial inquiry to final delivery, every project follows a meticulous 120-day journey. Our phase-based approach ensures precision at every stage—concept development, material selection, craftsmanship, and quality assurance. Can I make changes to the design once the project has started?
We allow for design adjustments during the initial consultation phase. However, once the Final Design Approval is signed and the deposit is paid, any subsequent changes to dimensions, materials, or features may incur a "Change Order Fee" plus the cost of any additional materials already purchased.
How do you determine the price of a custom piece?
Every project is unique, so pricing is calculated based on three main factors: material selection (the species of wood and hardware), design complexity, and labor hours. We provide a detailed quote after our initial design consultation. While custom furniture is an investment, it offers a level of durability and personalization that mass-produced furniture cannot match.
What are your payment terms and deposit requirements?
We require a 40% non-refundable deposit to secure your place in our production schedule and begin sourcing materials. Second deposit of 30% is due once the manufacturing of the items has been completed and during the quality inspection process. The reminder of the balance is due once the items have arrived to the country of your residence and upon final delivery to your location.
What if the wood has knots, grain variations, or slight color shifts?
Wood is a natural, living material. Variations in grain pattern, knots, and color are inherent characteristics of the timber and are not considered defects. While we hand-select every board for quality, we cannot guarantee a perfect match to a sample or a photo. These "imperfections" are what make your custom piece one-of-a-kind.
What is your policy on returns or cancellations?
Because each piece is custom-built to your specific dimensions and aesthetic preferences, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once construction has begun. If you need to cancel your order before production starts, your deposit may be partially refunded minus a design and administrative fee.
