Commercial Solutions

Custom furniture engineered for offices, restaurants, yacht interiors, and aviation cabins. Where precision environments demand aesthetics and structural performance in equal measure — built to your exact specification, delivered anywhere in the world.

Commercial Projects

Built for spaces where design and performance are equal

Commercial environments demand more from furniture than any other context. Every piece must withstand high use, meet technical specifications, and still communicate the quality and identity of the brand it represents. Our commercial collection is engineered to do all three — without compromising on craft or aesthetics.

From restaurant dining rooms to corporate boardrooms, yacht salons to aviation interiors — browse our sub-collections and find the starting point for your project. Each piece is fully customizable to your dimensions, materials, and finish requirements. Book a consultation when you're ready and we'll take it from there.

Why Choose Us

What every commercial project demands

Three commitments we make to every commercial client — from boutique restaurant to full corporate campus.

01

Specification-Led Design

Commercial projects run on specifications — dimensions, load ratings, fire certifications, brand standards. We work directly from your technical briefs and design documents to deliver furniture that meets every requirement without sacrificing the aesthetic quality your brand demands.

02

Engineered to Perform

Commercial furniture endures a different category of use. We select materials, joinery methods, and finishes specifically for high-traffic, high-contact environments — so your investment looks as considered on day one thousand as it did on day one.

03

Turnkey Delivery

We manage the full commercial project lifecycle — from initial specification through production, logistics, and on-site installation. Single-source accountability for every piece, every room, and every deadline.

Our Approach

The anatomy of a precision environment

Exceptional commercial furniture is the result of three disciplines in harmony — technical precision, material resilience, and a spatial identity that communicates the right message to everyone who walks into the room.

I

Technical Precision

Commercial furniture must meet a higher technical standard than any other category. Fire ratings, structural load tolerances, finish durability classifications — we document and meet every specification before a single piece leaves our studio. Your project manager receives full compliance documentation with every delivery.

II

Material Resilience

The materials we specify for commercial projects are selected for a dual purpose — they must perform under sustained use and communicate quality at first impression. We source commercial-grade leathers, hardwoods with proven structural integrity, and metal components engineered for precision environments.

III

On-Time, Every Time

Commercial projects run on schedules that cannot slip. We build your delivery timeline into our production schedule from day one — with milestone updates, pre-delivery inspections, and coordinated on-site installation. When your opening date is fixed, ours is too.

Where to start

Commercial work splits by sector, and each one has its own constraints, materials and timelines. Go straight to the detail:

What "contract grade" actually means

The difference between commercial and domestic furniture is construction, not appearance. Contract pieces carry heavier frame sections, corner-blocked and reinforced joinery, foam specified by density for the turnover you actually run, and textiles rated for far higher abrasion than residential upholstery. A domestic-grade chair in a busy dining room or a reception typically fails at the joints and the seat within a year or two, which is why replacement cost, not purchase price, is the number that matters.

One party from specification to handover

We design, manufacture in our own factories, and manage import, delivery and installation. That matters on commercial work because it removes the gap where projects usually fail, between the specifier, the supplier, the freight forwarder and the installer. We ship DDP with duties prepaid, so there is no customs bill or brokerage paperwork at your end, and installation is white-glove with snagging resolved before sign-off. See how delivery and duties work.

Scheduling against a fit-out

Production runs about 10–16 weeks depending on materials and volume, plus shipping. On any fit-out the sequence that protects the opening date is: specify during design, order once the layout is frozen, build while the space is being finished, and install after floors and paint. Tell us the opening or handover date and we work backwards from it, see the full construction timeline.

Specialist interiors

Beyond fixed premises we build for yacht salons and cabins and for private aviation interiors, where dimensional tolerance, weight and fixing detail matter as much as the finish. These are specified case by case, send the drawings and the constraints.

For architects and designers

If you are specifying on behalf of a client, our trade programme covers trade pricing, build-to-drawings, presentation renders, samples and priority scheduling.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as commercial or contract furniture?

Furniture built for continuous public or workplace use rather than domestic use: heavier frame sections, corner-blocked and reinforced joinery, higher-density foam, and textiles rated for far greater abrasion than residential upholstery. Domestic-grade pieces in a commercial setting usually fail at the joints and the seat within a year or two.

Which sectors do you supply?

Hotels, resorts and serviced residences; restaurants, bars and cafés; offices, receptions and workplaces; and specialist interiors including yacht and aviation cabins. Each has its own page with the detail, see the links above.

Do you handle a whole project, or only supply pieces?

Both. We can supply a defined list of pieces, or design, manufacture, import, deliver and install a complete package. Because we manufacture in our own factories and ship DDP with duties prepaid, one party is accountable from specification through to handover.

Can you work to our architect’s or designer’s specification?

Yes, that is the normal route on commercial work. Send drawings, elevations, finish schedules and any COM/COL direction and we build to them. If the specification is still open we design to the brief and issue drawings for approval before anything is cut.

What are lead times on a commercial order?

Production runs about 10–16 weeks depending on materials and volume, plus shipping and installation. On a fit-out, order once the layout is frozen and install after floors and paint. Give us the opening or handover date and we schedule backwards from it.

How is delivery and installation handled?

White-glove and DDP: crated and insured, duties prepaid, carried in, assembled, placed and unpacked, with snagging resolved before sign-off. There is no customs bill or brokerage paperwork at your end.

What warranty covers commercial pieces?

18 months against defects in materials and workmanship, extended to 3 years on solid-wood pieces. We keep your specification on file, so matching or replacement pieces can be produced later from the same drawings and materials.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Because every piece is made to order rather than drawn from stock, there is no catalogue minimum, a single reception desk and a 200-key hotel package go through the same process.
