Final pricing for custom projects is only locked in upon receipt of a formal deposit or full payment.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to construction methods to ensure the structural integrity of your piece. If a specific material or hardware becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives before proceeding.

4. Customer Confirmation of Dimensions

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all dimensions and specifications are accurate before finalizing an order.

  • You must confirm that the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators.
  • Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, changes to dimensions cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
  • Marcelina Furniture Studio is not liable for items that do not fit the intended space due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
