Days 1–5

Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a deep-dive consultation — in person, virtually, or via our online form — to understand your space, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs. No detail is too small.

You'll receive a written project brief summarizing everything we've discussed, for your review and approval before we proceed.

Days 6–15

Design & Conceptualization

Our designers develop detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D renderings based on your brief. We present multiple concept directions so you can see exactly how your piece will look and feel in your space.

Final Design Approval is signed at this stage. This document locks in dimensions, materials, and features — protecting both you and the project timeline.

Days 16–25

Material Selection

You choose from a curated palette of premium materials — hardwoods, veneers, leathers, fabrics, and hardware — with guidance from our design team. Physical samples are available upon request.

A 40% deposit is required at this stage to secure your place in our production schedule and begin sourcing your selected materials.

Days 26–70

Craftsmanship & Production

Your piece enters production with our master craftsmen. Each joint, finish, and detail is executed to the approved specifications. A second deposit of 30% is due once manufacturing is complete and quality inspection is passed.

Live phase tracking is available throughout production — you'll receive updates at each key milestone.

Days 70–120

White-Glove Delivery & Installation

Your furniture is custom-crated, shipped via climate-controlled freight, and delivered with white-glove care to your location. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Our team ensures perfect placement and checks every detail on arrival.

We ship to 50+ countries. International shipping includes pre-cleared customs, ISPM-15 certified packaging, and real-time tracking to your door.
