This panoramic canvas is worked entirely in soft white, with a thick raised surface that carries all of the drama. The upper band is combed in fine horizontal strokes, calm and even like still water or a quiet sky. Below it, sweeping layered ridges curve across the canvas from left to right, each edge lifted and slightly ruffled, recalling waves folding onto sand or wind-shaped dunes.
Vertical drag marks run through each curving layer, so light and shadow shift across the relief as you move past it. Without any color to compete, the piece reads as restful and tactile, with an organic modern feel that suits a living room, a long entryway wall or any space meant to feel unhurried.
