Four veined white alabaster globes hang in a gentle swag between two ceiling canopies, each stone sphere held in a solid block of machined brass finished with a threaded porthole bezel. The linked bodies are joined by brass hooks wrapped in leather, so the whole fixture reads like a strand of oversized jewels suspended across the room.
The idea draws on the Greek myth of Ariadne, whose thread led Theseus out of the labyrinth. Integrated LED lighting with warm dimming lets the alabaster glow softly, bringing out the natural veining in each globe. It suits a dining table, living room, bedroom, foyer or hotel corridor.
