A solid block of natural jade sits flat against the wall and glows softly from inside. Light slips out along the top and bottom edges, casting a gentle wash on the wall above and below while the stone face holds a quiet, even luminance.
Because each block is cut from real stone, its color, clouding and translucency are unique, and every sconce lights a little differently. The low, wide proportion works well over a console or on a fireplace wall, where a taller fixture might compete with the furniture or mantel beneath it. A narrow version of the block is also available.
