If a specific material or hardware becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives before proceeding.
4. Customer Confirmation of DimensionsThe customer is solely responsible for ensuring all dimensions and specifications are accurate before finalizing an order.
- You must confirm that the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators.
- Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, changes to dimensions cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
- Marcelina Furniture Studio is not liable for items that do not fit the intended space due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
