Inspired by the balance of antique scales and measuring instruments, this grand round chandelier suspends hand-blown glass discs and spheres from a slender brass frame, each element hung so the whole composition seems to hold itself in quiet equilibrium. It reads as much like a hanging sculpture as a light fixture.
At 85 inches wide, it is scaled for generous rooms: a long dining table, a double-height foyer, a hotel corridor or a spacious living room. Five warm white lights glow through the glass, and an extensive set of rods lets you set the drop anywhere from 56 to 128 inches.
