A catalog piece makes your rooms work around its dimensions. Custom works the other way. We size each bed, desk and banquette to your floor plans, match finishes to the design scheme, and build the same piece consistently across every key. Your property also stops looking like the one down the street that bought from the same catalog.

Materials for heavy use

For hospitality we specify solid hardwoods and teak, powder-coated aluminum outdoors, natural stone tops sealed against spills, and performance or solution-dyed fabrics on upholstery. On larger projects we send finish, fabric and stone samples before anything goes into production.

How a custom hotel project works

Brief and drawings. Send floor plans, a design scheme or reference images. We return drawings and a quote.
Samples and approval. You review samples where needed and approve the final specification.
Production. Built in our own workrooms on a 50% deposit, typically in 10 to 16 weeks.
Delivery and installation. Delivered duty paid and installed, ready for guests.

Yes. We build from your designer's drawings and specifications, or develop drawings with you from reference images. Every dimension and finish is confirmed in writing before production starts.

How long does custom hotel furniture take?

Production typically takes 10 to 16 weeks after you approve the specification and pay the 50% deposit. Delivery and installation are scheduled around your opening or renovation dates.

Do you deliver to hotels in the United States?

Yes. We deliver duty paid and install across the United States and Panama, so the furniture arrives ready for the room.
