Custom Furniture Denver

Denver interiors run to warm woods, natural stone, and rooms built around a view. Marcelina builds custom furniture for Denver homes and projects: solid-wood dining tables, made-to-measure sectionals, marble and travertine pieces, all built to your exact dimensions and delivered white-glove to your door with duties prepaid.

Built for dry, high-altitude air

Colorado’s dry climate is hard on wood, panels shrink, joints open, cheap veneers lift. We build with properly kiln-dried hardwood and joinery designed to move with the seasons, and we will tell you honestly which materials hold up best at altitude and which to avoid. Solid wood construction carries a 3-year warranty.

Mountain-modern scale

Great rooms with double-height ceilings need furniture with presence: long plank dining tables, deep sectionals, oversized stone coffee tables. Made-to-measure means the piece is proportioned to your room rather than to a national retailer’s size chart.

What we build

Custom sofas and sectionals, dining tables, beds and headboards, marble dining tables, onyx tables, and travertine coffee tables, plus fully bespoke commissions from a photo, a sketch, or a designer’s drawing set.

Custom sofas and sectionals in Denver

Most Denver homes we furnish have one room that sets the brief: an open living space with big windows toward the mountains, where the sectional has to face both the view and the fireplace. We build each one to that room, deep enough to sink into after a day outside, with the arm style and fabric you choose, then deliver it duties paid and set it in place.

The pieces below are real items from our catalog at their prices as of October 2026. Our sectionals run from $2,512 to $10,335 with a median of $5,752, and our sofas have a median of $4,095. Changing the size or fabric changes the price, and your quote shows the final figure with delivery included.

Any of these can be made longer, shorter or deeper, turned into a corner or U-shape, or split into modules. See all sofas and sectionals, or read what custom furniture costs across every category.

Leather, fabric and sun at altitude

The same dry air that moves wood also pulls oil out of leather, so a leather sofa in Denver stays supple longer if it is conditioned two or three times a year. Sunlight is stronger a mile up and fades fabric faster than at sea level. For a sofa that faces a west window we suggest a solution-dyed performance fabric, which keeps its color, or wool, which handles both sun and ski-season wear well.

Basements, stairs and mountain homes

Many Denver houses keep the family room in a finished basement down a turning staircase, and mountain homes can sit at the end of long, steep drives. Send us photos and measurements of the stairs and doorways before we build. A sectional that would not make the turn is built in modules that join in the room, and for homes in the foothills we plan the delivery date around access and weather.

Frequently asked questions

How long does custom furniture take to reach Denver?

Made-to-order pieces typically take 10–16 weeks including white-glove delivery to Denver. In-stock pieces ship considerably faster. You get an exact window with your quote.

Are there import duties or customs paperwork?

No. We ship DDP, delivered duties paid. The price you approve is the price you pay; we handle all customs and paperwork.

What if the piece arrives damaged?

Every delivery is crated and insured door-to-door, and every piece carries a 3-year warranty on solid wood construction.

Can you match a piece I saw somewhere else?

Yes, that is most of what we do. Send a reference photo and your dimensions, and we will quote a made-to-order version in your choice of materials.

How much does a custom sectional cost in Denver?

Our sectionals range from $2,512 to $10,335 at list price, with a median of $5,752. Delivery to Denver is free on orders over $1,500 and import duties are included in the quote.

Will a leather sofa dry out in Denver?

Leather loses oil in dry air. Conditioning it two or three times a year keeps it supple, and keeping it out of direct afternoon sun slows fading.
