We will not take your money on a brief we cannot deliver. Before production begins, we will tell you honestly what is possible within your budget, your timeline, and your space. If something will not work, we say so up front.

Every fabric, wood, and metal we use is selected for how it holds up over years of real use. We will always recommend the right material for your climate, your household, and your lifestyle — even if a less durable option looks better in a catalogue.

Craftsmanship With Our Name on It

We will not release a piece that does not meet our internal standard. Every commission is inspected before it leaves production. If it is not right, it does not ship. We back this with an 18-month warranty on upholstered and outdoor furniture, and 3 years on wood pieces and rugs.

What you approved in the brief is what arrives at your door. Dimensions, fabric, finish, leg style — every detail confirmed before production begins is the detail we build to. No substitutions without your explicit sign-off.

You will not need to follow up to find out where your order is. We proactively communicate at every stage — production start, quality check, dispatch, and delivery scheduling. You are kept informed without having to ask.

If something is wrong with your piece on delivery, we fix it. We do not hide behind policy language or make you fight for resolution. A manufacturing defect is our responsibility — and we treat it that way.

How We Back Up Every Promise

18-Month Warranty All upholstered indoor and outdoor furniture is covered for 18 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in frame, foam, fabric, and structural assembly. Wood pieces and rugs carry a 3-year warranty. See our full Warranty Policy for details.
Pre-Production Sign-Off No custom order enters production without written confirmation of all specifications from the client. You approve dimensions, material, and finish before a single cut is made.
Quality Inspection Every piece is inspected against the original brief before packaging. Frame integrity, upholstery finish, seam quality, and hardware are all checked. A piece that fails inspection is corrected — it does not ship.
10-Day Return Window In-stock items can be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full terms.
Global Delivery We manage logistics to over 50 countries. Every shipment is tracked and insured. White-glove delivery and in-home setup available in Panama City and surrounding areas.
24-Hour Response All enquiries — pre-sale, post-sale, and warranty — are responded to within 24 business hours. Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Panama time.

Consultation

We begin with a conversation — about your space, how you use it, and what you are trying to achieve. No obligation, no pressure. Just an honest discussion about what is possible.

Design Brief & Material Selection

Your designer develops a detailed brief. Dimensions are confirmed. Fabric, leather, or wood samples are presented. You see and approve everything before we commit to production.

Production

Your piece is built to the confirmed specification. For custom orders, lead time is 10 to 16 weeks. In-stock items ship within 2 business days. You receive updates without needing to chase them.

Quality Inspection & Dispatch

Every piece is inspected against your brief before it is packaged. If it does not meet standard, it goes back — not to you. Dispatch is confirmed with tracking details provided immediately.

Delivery & Setup

Our delivery team contacts you to schedule a window that works for you. In Panama City, we offer door-to-door white-glove delivery including placement and packaging removal. International shipments are tracked and insured end-to-end.

After Delivery

Our relationship does not end at the door. Warranty coverage begins on delivery. Your designer remains your contact for any questions, care advice, or future commissions. Most of our clients come back.
