What Can Be Returned

Return Eligibility

Return Window 10 days from the date of delivery or pickup to initiate a return.
Condition Required Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Not Eligible Furniture that has been assembled, used, or shows signs of wear or damage is not eligible for return.

Contact Us Within 8 Days

Call us at (507) 6841-0106 within 8 days of delivery. Have your order number and a brief description of the item ready.

We Coordinate the Return

Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a convenient return solution — including pickup if required, for a fee.

Inspection & Refund

Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Not the Right Fit?

Exchanges

Exchange Process If you'd like a different style or size, let us know when initiating your return. We will guide you through the exchange to find the right fit.
Eligibility Same conditions apply as standard returns — item must be unused, in original packaging, and within the 10-day window.
Non-Returnable Items

Exceptions

Custom Orders Furniture customised in size, fabric, or colour and made to order is non-returnable. All custom specifications are confirmed with you before production begins.
Final Sale Items Clearance or items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Getting Your Money Back

Refunds

Refund Method Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.
Shipping Fees All shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
