Free Delivery on orders over $2,000

We understand how important it is to receive your furniture on time and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Free delivery on all orders over $2,000 within our delivery zones

Delivery Zones

Panama City Door-to-door delivery within Panama City and surrounding areas within a 40km radius — free of charge.
Distribution Centres Colón, La Chorrera, Penonomé, Chitré, Santiago, David, Boquete, and Volcán.

Delivery Fees

Free Delivery All orders over $2,000 within our delivery zones ship free.
Door-to-Door Free within Panama City. Available for an additional fee outside the Panama City zone.
Premium Setup In-home setup, room placement, or assembly available for an additional fee on request.
Special Access Items that cannot fit in an elevator and require staircase delivery, crane access, or other alternative means are not included in standard delivery. These situations are quoted on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before your delivery date so we can assess and confirm any additional charges in advance.
Returns & Shipping All shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock Items Standard delivery within 2 business days from the date your order is processed.
Custom Orders 10 to 16 weeks. Our team will confirm your expected delivery date when your order is placed.

The Delivery Process

Order Confirmation

Once your items are ready, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.

Delivery Day

Our team will arrive within your scheduled window. Please ensure the delivery area is clear and ready for furniture placement.

Inspection

Inspect your items on arrival. If there is any issue, contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.

What You Can Expect

Professional Team Our trained delivery personnel handle your furniture with care from our studio to your door.
Packaging Furniture arrives in original packaging. Assembly services are available on request for an additional fee.
Packaging Removal We can remove all packaging and debris after your furniture is placed, on request.

Delays, Damage & Changes

Delays Unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic can occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Damaged Items Contact us immediately at (507) 6841-0106 if damage is noticed on delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair.
Change of Details Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to adjust your delivery address or time. Additional charges may apply for late changes.
