In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, Marcelina Furniture Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item. Final pricing for custom projects is only locked in upon receipt of a formal deposit or full payment.

4. Customer Confirmation of Dimensions

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all dimensions and specifications are accurate before finalizing an order.

• You must confirm that the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators.
• Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, changes to dimensions cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
• Marcelina Furniture Studio is not liable for items that do not fit the intended space due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
