Solid Teak Wood

Certified Grade A Solid Teak wood, Kiln-dried to 12% moisture content for Outdoor Furniture and to 6% moisture content for Indoor Furniture use. 

Solid Grade A teak is the highest quality, durable teak wood, characterized by a rich, even color, close grain, and high natural oil content, making it ideal for outdoor furniture and other applications where weather resistance is crucial. 

Grade A teak is sourced from the heartwood (center) of mature teak trees, typically 25 years or older, ensuring superior quality and durability. 

Characteristics:

• Color: A consistent, warm honey or golden-brown color. 

• Grain: A close, straight grain pattern. 

• Oils: High in natural oils, which provide natural protection against rot, insects, and the elements. 

• Knots: Very few knots, and any knots present are small and tightly bound.

Regular Cleaning:

• Dust regularly with a soft cloth and wipe with a clean, damp cloth. 

• Clean up spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth to prevent staining. 

Protection and Maintenance:

• Apply teak oil as required to maintain its golden color.
