Sage Green Glass Petal Cluster Chandelier

Overlapping discs of soft green glass gather into a rounded cluster on this chandelier, giving it an Art Deco outline that recalls leaves floating on water. Each petal was shaped while the glass was hot, so no two share quite the same curve, edge or surface. The green is pale and translucent, closer to sage than to bottle glass, and it pairs well with oak, walnut, brass, stone, plaster, and walls in cream, sage or deep green.

Because the fixture is as tall as it is wide, it reads as a full volume rather than a flat ring, and it shows best where there is height above it. Light filters through the layered glass and bounces between petals, producing a gentle ambient glow instead of a focused downlight. Green glass lets through slightly less light than clearer tones and tints it softly, so choose bulbs toward the brighter end of the range when this is the main source in a room, and add task lighting over a desk or kitchen island. Warm 2700K bulbs matter here: they push the green gently toward olive and make the petal edges glow, while cooler light turns the glass grey.

Care

Turn the power off and give the bulbs time to cool. For routine dusting, use a feather duster or soft dry cloth while steadying each petal with your free hand. When the glass needs more, dampen a microfiber cloth, add a small amount of gentle glass cleaner to the cloth itself, and wipe; do not spray the fixture directly. Avoid anything abrasive on the gold finish.
