At Marcelina Furniture Studio, we understand how important it is to receive your furniture on time and in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience that suits your needs. Below is an overview of our delivery process:

To your Door Steps in Panama City and surrounding within a 40km distance

Our distribution centers in Colon, La Chorrera, Penonomé, Chitré, Santiago, David, Boquete, Volcan.
Delivery Fees

Free Delivery: Applies to all orders over $900 and Within our Delivery Zones.

Delivery Fee: The flat fee rate for all deliveries within our delivery zones is $90.

Door to Door delivery: Available for Free Within Panama City and for an Additional Fee Panama Wide

Premium Delivery & Setup: If you require in-home setup, room placement, or assembly, An Additional Fee will apply.

Returns: All shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order was placed with our Free Shipping Promotion, all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery typically occurs within 2 business days from the date your order is processed.

For custom or special orders, delivery may take 8 to 12 weeks. Our team will inform you of the expected delivery date when you place your order.

What You Can Expect

Packaging: Furniture will be delivered in its original packaging. We offer assembly services upon request for an additional fee.

Unwanted Packaging: If you prefer, we can remove packaging and debris after your furniture is set up.
Delivery Issues or Delays

Delays: We strive to deliver on time, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.) can cause delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Damaged Items: If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at (507) 6841-0106, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
Change of Delivery Details
If you need to adjust your delivery address or time after your order has been placed, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for changes made after this window.
