Delivery Zones

Panama CityDoor-to-door delivery within Panama City and surrounding areas within a 40km radius — free of charge.
Distribution CentresColón, La Chorrera, Penonomé, Chitré, Santiago, David, Boquete, and Volcán.

Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock ItemsStandard delivery within 2 business days from the date your order is processed.
Custom Orders10 to 16 weeks. Our team will confirm your expected delivery date when your order is placed.

Delivery Fees

Free DeliveryAll orders over $2,000 within our delivery zones ship free.
Door-to-DoorFree within Panama City. Available for an additional fee outside the Panama City zone.
Premium SetupIn-home setup, room placement, or assembly available for an additional fee on request.

Returns & ShippingAll shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

Ons team arriveert binnen uw overeengekomen tijdvak, behandelt alle meubels met zorg en plaatst voorwerpen zoals aangegeven.

Inspectie & Aftekening

Inspecteer alles voordat we vertrekken. Elk probleem dat op de dag zelf wordt gemeld, wordt kosteloos opgelost.

What You Can Expect

Professional TeamOur trained delivery personnel handle your furniture with care from our studio to your door.
PackagingFurniture arrives in original packaging. Assembly services are available on request for an additional fee.
Packaging RemovalWe can remove all packaging and debris after your furniture is placed, on request.

Delays, Damage & Changes

DelaysUnforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic can occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Damaged ItemsContact us immediately at (507) 6841-0106 if damage is noticed on delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair.
Change of DetailsNotify us at least 48 hours in advance to adjust your delivery address or time. Additional charges may apply for late changes.
