It means the structural specification accounts for sustained wind loads beyond standard weather conditions, in addition to routine Caribbean exposure: UV intensity, salt air, and tropical humidity. In practice: marine-grade powder-coated aluminium frames, teak from certified sustainable sources, 316-grade stainless steel hardware, and performance fabrics rated for sustained UV and moisture exposure. Standard commercial outdoor furniture does not meet this specification and fails within two seasons in the Cayman environment.

Yes. For venues with phased openings or construction programmes, we plan production and delivery in matching phases — public areas first, then guestrooms or secondary spaces, then outdoor zones. The phasing schedule is agreed at brief stage and managed against your construction timeline throughout.

Yes. We work directly from interior design specifications, mood boards, finish schedules, and CAD drawings. We integrate into the existing design team's workflow — providing technical shop drawings, physical samples, and production schedules that align with the project programme. Many of our Cayman commissions involve an existing design team.

Every specification — every dimension, material, finish, and construction detail — is confirmed in writing before production begins. Physical samples are provided for review and approval. Every completed piece is inspected against the approved specification before shipping. We do not make substitutions. What you signed off on is what arrives.

Yes. We commission across the full venue scope: guestrooms, lobbies, restaurants, bar areas, pool decks, beach clubs, and terraces. Indoor and outdoor are specified and managed under a single commission, which ensures design coherence between spaces and a single accountable project manager.

Every commission is handled as strictly confidential. We do not discuss, photograph, reference, or share information about client projects without explicit written permission. We execute non-disclosure agreements on request. This applies at every level of the team, throughout the commission.

Yes — we regularly collaborate with design teams. We can supply shop drawings, finish samples, and spec sheets in the format your designer requires, and we are happy to take direction from their FF&E schedule.
