We run the full project remotely: design presentations by video call, samples shipped to your home country, approvals by email, production with regular updates, and delivery coordinated with your local property manager or housekeeper. You don't need to be on the island until you want to be.

Yes. We communicate in Dutch or English — whichever you prefer. Proposals and documentation are issued in the language you choose. Given that a significant portion of Curaçao's property buyers come from the Netherlands and Belgium, this is a normal part of how we work.

Curaçao's outdoor environment — Caribbean UV, salt air, and tropical humidity — demands specific materials. We specify teak, marine-grade powder-coated aluminium, 316-grade stainless steel hardware, and Sunbrella or equivalent UV-stable performance fabrics. These are not standard showroom materials. They are what you need for furniture that holds up in the Caribbean without replacement.

Yes. The colonial Dutch architecture of Pietermaai and the wider Willemstad UNESCO zone demands furniture that respects the context — scale, proportion, material quality. We work with contemporary pieces that complement heritage architecture rather than competing with it. We've furnished several Pietermaai renovations and understand the specific demands of these spaces.

Absolutely. We work directly from design drawings, specifications, and mood boards. We integrate seamlessly into your designer's process — providing CAD files, samples, and lead time schedules that fit their project timeline. Many of our commissions come through interior designer relationships.

Curaçao's short-term rental market has grown significantly, particularly in Jan Thiel and Blue Bay. For investment properties, we recommend durable commercial-grade upholstery fabrics, furniture with clean lines that photographs beautifully, and outdoor pieces that survive multiple rental seasons. We've furnished numerous rental properties and can advise on the specification balance between aesthetics, durability, and rental yield.

10–16 weeks from approved specification to delivery on the island. We manage all logistics and coordinate delivery directly with your local contact. You'll receive a delivery window in advance and don't need to be present. Our team installs every piece, removes all packaging, and confirms completion before signing off.

Most full-residence commissions are completed within 10–14 weeks from approved specification, including international shipping. We phase delivery by room if needed to match your move-in date.
